The equipment use water electrolysis to generate pure hydrogen and pure oxygen. By controling the liquid level of hydrogen I oxygen tank, to ensure the hydrogen purity. It will go through the processes such as hydrogen washing, gas / liquid separation and cooling process to finally produce hydrogen.
Apply Scope
It makes hydrogen outlet purity up to 99.9999%, the dew point down to -75ºC and hydrogen outlet pressure up to 4.0Mpa.This equipment suits for higher requirements for hydrogen purity. We can make the appointed hydrogen equipment according to the client's needs.
Structure Characteristics
1. Electrolytic tank: applying brand-new structure design to have lower electrode voltage, higher current density and lower energy consumption of hydrogen unit production.
2. Gas / liquid separator: simplifies the previous product structure, makes space smaller and better effects of gas / liquid separator.
3. Explosion-proof design: all the plants are designed as explosion-proof. Clients can choose the appointed brand parts if they required.
4. Cabinet: one integrated cabinet, containerizing or disassemble according to the client's requirements.
Note: Model below G-100, the equipment can be designed in containerizing cabinet. Model above G-100, the electrolytic tank needs to be placed alone and gas / liquid separator can be designed in containerizing cabinet.
5.Purifier & dryer:
I. We apply only one four-way valve to replace more than ten traditional valves which cause high fault rate while surging tank.
II. Condensate water in the system can be automatically released without any independent control. III. The purity of hydrogen outlet reaches to 99.9999%. the dew point is down to -75ºC.
Electrolyzer
1. The pole frame of the electrolytic cell adopts a non-plastic pole frame to replace the traditional metal pole frame, which completely eliminates the corrosion of the pole frame in the long-term operation of the electrolytic cell;
2. Comparing with the traditional metal pole frame,the weight of the electrolytic cell is reduced by 50%, and volume is also reduced by 60%;
3. The integrated electrode structure is adopted inside the electrolytic cell, which improves the operating current density of the electrolytic cell, the cell voltage is stable, and the gas quality meets the standard;
4. The internal design of the electrolytic cell with core technology ensures energy saving and consumption reduction of equipment;
Purification and drying
1. Adopt advanced and scientific purification and drying process, the quality of hydrogen can reach less than 10ppm (trace oxygen), and the gas dew point is less than -70ºC;
2. Simple and reliable pipeline connection and automatic drain design simplifies the process of traditional hydrogen production equipment;

1. Adopt Siemens PLC+HMI control to fully ensure the reliability of equipment control;
2. Optimized equipment process design,on line instruments such as hydrogen purity (trace oxygen) analyzer and hydrogen dew point detector are adopted to provide real-time online monitoring of hydrogen production data, guarantee the hydrogen production index of the equipment;
